We print and ship from Bangkok to anywhere in Thailand, and you can follow your order any time on the Track page.
Processing time
Custom pet portraits are hand-drawn and ready 7 to 15 days after your payment is confirmed, depending on the queue. Ready Pack (pre-printed) designs ship within 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery
Orders ship via a tracked courier within Thailand. You'll receive a tracking number and can follow progress on the Track page at any time.
Shipping cost
Current shipping promotions are shown at checkout and in the announcement bar; any free-shipping threshold is applied automatically.
International orders
We currently ship within Thailand. For an international request, message us on LINE (@wearwuuf) or Instagram (@wearwuuf) and we'll see what we can do.
