Every portrait is custom-made by hand, so please review this policy before ordering.
You approve a proof first
Before we print, we send you a digital proof of your pet's portrait to review, and we include one revision if needed, so you approve the design before anything is produced.
Custom orders
Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and paid. We appreciate your understanding.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or reprint.
